The terms used below, unless otherwise resulting from the context, have the following meanings:

• We / Us means: Law Office - Florentin Filipoiu (or “ Filipoiu Law Office ”), a form of organization of the legal profession established in accordance with the laws of Romania, respectively Law no. 51/1995 for the organization and exercise of the legal profession and the Statute of the legal profession, with professional headquarters in Bucharest, District 6, 52 Economu Cezarescu St., Building C2, T3, room 3003, registered in the Bucharest Bar Association, having the fiscal code 36869854, email: office@legalmane.ro, telephone: (+40).741.739.653;

• You / User means: the natural or legal person who accesses and browses the Website;

• The Website means: the internet pages available at https://www.legalmane.ro/ and https://www.legalmane.ro/?lang=en together with all their subpages;

• Services means: The services presented on the Website, specific to the legal profession, which We provide under a legal assistance contract concluded in accordance with the legal provisions;

• Terms of Use means: all the provisions set forth below that apply to the relationship between Us and You, when You access or use the Website;

• GDPR Policies mean: The cookie policy available here;

• The competent authority means: Bucharest Bar Association based in Bucharest, District 5, 3 Dr. Dumitru Raureanu Street, having the fiscal code 4283155, website: https://www.baroul-bucuresti.ro/ .

Applicability of the Terms of Use. Binding force

These Terms of Use, together with the GDPR Policies, apply each time You access and use the Website. Thus, to the extent that You browse and use the Website, You understand and agree that the relationship between You and Us will be subject to the GDPR Polices and Terms of Use, the provisions presented having binding legal force. In other words, accessing and browsing the Website represents your agreement to be bind of these Terms of Use.

By accepting this Terms of Use You understand that it is not concluded a legal assistance contract.

On the Website are presented some articles in the legal field. These articles have a purely informative role, not representing legal assistance or advice on the topics presented.

Legal advice is provided only on the basis of a legal assistance contract concluded between You and Us, in accordance with the legal provisions.

Thus, we do not assume any responsibility for how You use the information presented on the Website. You understand and agree that We cannot be held liable for any damages You may incur from the improper use of the information presented on the Website.

Presentation of Services

On the Website are presented some of the Services provided by Us. If You want to contract them, You have to contact Us through the contact section or by other available means.

Please do not send Us confidential documents or information until You have concluded with Us a legal assistance contract.

We are a form of organization of the legal profession, authorized to carry out the activities specific to the legal profession, in accordance with Law no. 51/1995 for the organization and exercise of the legal profession, available here, and with the Statute of the legal profession, available here. The professional title was obtained in Romania.

We are registered at the Competent Authority - the Bucharest Bar Association, a member bar of the National Association of Romanian Bars.

Chapter VI - Final provisions

By accepting this Terms of Use, You understand and accept that the law applicable to them is the Romanian law.

The place of acceptance of this Terms of Use is considered to be Bucharest, Romania.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use as we deem necessary. If, after making these amendments, You do not agree with the new provisions, please stop accessing and using the Website.

If a clause of these Terms of Use cannot be applied, for any reason, that clause will be replaced by the legal provision relevant to the situation for which the inapplicable clause was provided and which is closest to the meaning of said inapplicable clause.

By accepting these Terms of Use You agree that any disputes arising between You and Us will be resolved by the courts of justice of Bucharest, Romania.

In case of any conflicts of interpretation arising from the linguistic versions of this document, the Romanian version will have prevalence.
